Was going to do the treadmill but Lily was needy this morning and wanted to spend time with me. I will try to get in the 4 minute workout.

Food: 1/2 scoop of protein vanilla with 1 scoop of chocolate meal replacement shake. 2 pieces of toast with spray butter and jam.

Time: 1:45pm
Food: BLT sandwich with cheddar pop-chips. Ice-tea

Hey Missy - waht is your workout for the day?

Add the first fitbodyband excersise after 5 min of cardio on your tread mill.
change your traeadmill to 30 seconds high intesity and 30 seconds low (5-6) on scale of 1-10. repeat. Add the band program every cycle to increase your fat burn.
