Was going to do the treadmill but Lily was needy this morning and wanted to spend time with me. I will try to get in the 4 minute workout.

Food: 1/2 scoop of protein vanilla with 1 scoop of chocolate meal replacement shake. 2 pieces of toast with spray butter and jam.
